Planned Workshops
Leonard C. Butler &
Associates regularly schedules workshops "on the circuit,"
offering companies in specific locations to attend and learn new
skills. This is an especially good opportunity for new clients
to meet Leonard Butler and for returning clients to gain more knowledge
between On-Site visits. Currently we have the following
workshops scheduled:
Developing Supervisory Skills to Control Employee
Frustration In the Workplace
Evaluate your skill as a
supervisor. How effective are you as a communicator? Do your employees
understand what you mean by what you say and do? Do you adequately
assess their skills and development needs? Do you council and coach
your employees for maximum effectiveness? This workshop will help you
