Who Should Attend These Workshops?

Attend this workshop if you currently supervise or are soon to supervise others. This workshop is excellent basic training and will give any new supervisor good foundational information with which to build a useful repertoire of people / management skills. It also is very valuable refresher training for experienced supervisors who need new ideas, strategies, and techniques...but, it is not an executive program. It is designed for the first and second level supervisors.

These are participative workshops. It will not be necessary to spend the bulk of your day taking notes ... ample handouts are provided. You will learn new techniques by doing them and seeing other people do them. And because you have practiced them, you will be motivated to use them on-the-job.
